Perhaps I could help some of them. They in turn might work with others.” Page 14 — Too often we lose sight of the heart of recovery. Helping others is crucial and critical. “Our very lives, as ex-problem drinkers, depend upon our constant thought of others and how we may help meet their needs.” (Page 20) This is why we do the work of the twelve steps.
